Named after the surrounding pine groves, Villa Pinhal is a modern 6‑bedroom hideaway ten minutes on foot from Olhos D'Agua’s sandy cove and seafood restaurants. The property spans three levels, linked internally yet cleverly zoned so early‑risers and night‑owls can coexist in comfort. Twenty‑seven solar panels work alongside heat‑pump technology to deliver eco‑friendly air‑conditioning and hot water.

Entry (middle) level – Grand hallway, queen ensuite bedroom, fully fitted chef’s kitchen with direct access to a 40 m² dining terrace, and a 50 m² lounge with comfortable seating and a 65″ smart TV.
