We assume every guest pays by card. A guest who pays you by bank transfer carries no card fee.

Enquiry alerts are free. We are not taking guest bookings yet. When we are, and a guest's brief matches your property, we will email it to you.
We only send guest enquiries to properties whose licence number matches Turismo de Portugal's public register of licensed holiday lets.
How we worked this out
For each site: weekly rate, times weeks booked, times the commission you entered. For Simply Owners, the fee you pay a year.
For us: the same bookings times our commission, plus Stripe's card fee, plus the Pro subscription where it applies. Card payments go straight to your own Stripe account and Stripe charges its own fee. We include it because Airbnb's fee already covers payment handling. Stripe's published rate for a UK card on a Portuguese account is 2.5% plus a small fixed fee per payment.
Figures exclude VAT. Whether VAT applies to a platform's fees depends on where you live and whether you are VAT registered.
