Tucked away on a quiet cul‑de‑sac just five kilometres from Albufeira’s Old Town, Villa Flores is a substantial 7‑bedroom residence designed for multi‑generation family gatherings and special‑interest groups. Set within a fully fenced 1 600 m² plot, the villa combines classic Algarve architecture with contemporary comforts such as fast fibre Wi‑Fi, solar‑assisted hot water and zoned air‑conditioning in every room.

Ground floor – Two ensuite bedrooms (master king & family quad), huge country‑style kitchen/diner seating 18, games area with full‑size snooker table and Portuguese hand‑painted tile décor.
